Human nature sunflower beauty oil experience

I love natural products. When I heard of natural products, it usually caught my attention to learn more about those products. Last year a fellow mommy blogger has introduced Human Nature products. From human nature website, I have learned that most of their products are 100% natural, no harmful chemicals and 100% Philippine made.

I bought 50ml bottle of human nature sunflower seed beauty oil. I replace my face cream with this and I can see a good improvement with my face. Unlike other face creams or oil, human nature sunflower oil is not greasy. My face glow and I think that my face started to become smoother after the day that I applied this. What I love about this is that it there is no foul smell on the oil.

Aside from my face, it moisturizes my hand that it get rids off my chapping skin  problem when my fingers are stress due to my online work. I just noticed that when I tried to apply a makeup foundation cream, my face became sensitive and some rashes appeared. I think because of the natural ingredients of the human nature sunflower beauty oil , my face reacted to  foundation cream that has chemical content when I apply it to my face.

Picnik (online photo-editing site) is closing

Picnik is an online photo-editing site where you can simply upload and easily edit your pictures with cool features. I have been using picnik to edit some of the photos that I posted in my site and blogs. It was so easy to do photo-editing.

Today I received an email that Picnik is closing. They announced that Picnik will be closing on April 19, 2012. They have launched a new feature, Picnik Takeout, that easily downloads your photos to your desktop in convenient zip files. You may also elect to copy your photos to Google+ where you can store and share your creations. Astoria Hotel Marketing Strategy through raffle winners

Two weeks ago a representative of Astoria hotel called my husband informing us that we won a free buffet and 3 days and two nights hotel accommodation at Astoria hotels that we could choose from Bohol, Bali Indonesia, Bangkok, etc.  To claim the prize, we are advise to personally go Astoria Hotel in Mandaluyong  for a free lunch buffet and attend 90 minutes presentation of their hotel accommodations. Without hesitation, we decided to be there.

Tips in increasing your website or blog traffic

As a website/ blog owner, I have been monitoring the statistics of my different blogs. I am super busy with my work at home online and being a full time mom. So how do I do it?

To monitor my site’s statistics, I installed statcounter and google analytics. Usually I used to check the statistics at statcounter. I am so thankful that 60- 80% of the traffic sources of my blogs came from organic search. That means that it came from different search engines. I just wanted to share simple basic tips in increasing your blog traffic.

Tips in increasing your blog traffic 

  • Publish articles/ post at least 3 to 5 times a week.
  • Create  informative and useful articles or post that might be helpful to your readers.
  • Optimize your website/blog. You may try this optimization with your wordpress theme.
  • Add your website or blog to popular social network like facebook, google +, twitter, google friend connect for blogger, etc. The more likes, followers, circles or readers you have will result in more network traffic to you.
  • If you cannot create an article or post, look for your old published articles or post in your site and use the share button to spread this article to your network.
  • Join network groups and forum. In this group, you may share your website and you can find someone with the same interest that may become your regular reader.

Black Water Dragon 2012 is a leap year. That means that 2012  has February 29 instead of the common year having 28 days in February. One extra day was added in order to keep the calendar year synchronized with the astronomical.

I have watched GMA news TV and there is a segment about the predictions for leap year 2012. The 2012 predictions that was told are as follow:

  • Woman will be aggressive to proposal of love.
  • 2012 is a good year for celebration such as wedding.
  • It is lucky to be pregnant this 2012 and the number of pregnancy will increase.
  • There will be many extra marital affairs.

The year 2012 which is a leap year has affects more on love predictions because of the presence of romance star. These things are only foretelling it is still up to us on how we live our life.

WordPress simple social share plugin with just 4 social icons

Tweet, Like, Google +1 and Share Plugin  in wordpress is one the very simple social share plugin with just 4 social icons. With less social icons there will be lesser load on pages and it will load much faster. I have tried to use this for almost half a year now and I like the good effects on my blogs.

When you install this plugin, there is a default settings but you can change it to the way you like it to appear on your page. In the photo above, I place the script in the header, change the size of the icons to small and set to left aligned. It is loading fast and whenever I do not have new post, I just share my old blog post so that my blog readers and other readers will be updated to other post that might be helpful to them.
